We can't help but wonder how long this one is going to last.

It looks like Texas-based Fuzzy's Taco Shop is the next to take a stab at the restaurant black hole at 414 S. Mill Ave.

Over the last several years, ever since The Spaghetti Company bailed on the space, it seems to have become a death trap for any venture that dares open it's doors. It's most recent victim being Stan's Metro Deli last summer (we're not necessarily blaming the building for this hiccup, we're pretty sure it was the spotty service and lack of decent food that lead to Stan's demise).

Fuzzy's seems to be a solid venture that has been slangin' baja style tacos, grilled sandwiches and more since 2003. The company has been branching out of Texas over the last couple years with franchises in Madison, WI, Albuquerque, NM, and Fort Collins, Co. The Tempe location is slated to open sometime around mid-August.
