Concealed Weapons in Arizona Restaurants?

The Associated Press reported on SB 1113, a bill passed by a state Senate panel last week that would allow people to bring handguns into restaurants -- provided they have a concealed carry permit and do not consume alcohol.

Governor Janet Napolitano vetoed a similar bill in 2005.
