Meritage Steakhouse has the best of both worlds, ham and turkey, on their menu plus green bean casserole, maple yams with marshmallows, corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, pear salad, fresh-baked dinner rolls and pumpkin pie.
