Pecan Pie Martini
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon pecan extract 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 ounce Brandy 3 ounces Chopin vodka 2 cinnamon-toasted pecans
The mix: Add your pecan extract, brown sugar and Brandy to an empty (glass) cocktail shaker and let stand for 2 minutes. With a bar spoon, stir until well mixed (sugar should be dissolved). Add enough cracked ice to half fill the shaker and add the vodka. Shake for a full minute. Strain into your martini glasses and enjoy.
