The Hours: Double the hours, double the cheap drinks with a 4 to 6:30 happy hour for the after work crowd or from 10 to close to satisfy the late night CenPho scene.
The Details: Two-for-one wells and beer, $3 glasses of wine, and fancy specialty cocktail like $5 Skyy vodka martinis. There are also rotating daily drink specials that include margaritas, G-Spots and martinis. A variety of Mediterranean-inspired apps ($5) are discounted at happy hour to soak up all that booze.

The Interior: FEZ is a chic and urban dining destination that could fit right into any other big city scene. The décor is sleek and modern with plenty of seating at the large bar, dining area, lounge-y booths or roomy patio. It's a non-pretentious see and be seen type place that makes you feel chic just by association. And it would also be ideal for a ladies night out on the town. (Tired Sex and the City tropes be damned!)The Cost:One wine, one well, and two appetizers for $16 before tax and tip.
The Conclusion: The drink specials at FEZ are varied enough to satisfy just about anyone, from the beer-me bros in your party (they can even step up to Stella and other premium drafts) to the pinky-raised martini sippers.
There were several varieties of quality house wine on happy hour and the pour was generous. The well drinks were all made using mid-shelf liquor selections that really contributed to a quality cocktail. Plus, there's no beating two-for-one beer (draft and bottles) and wells on happy hour for $2.50 each.About six different happy hour nibbles were available on the happy hour menu, and included their decadent sweet potato fries, addictive garlicky hummus, provolone fondue and thin-cut chicken strips. The fondue was the perfect size for sharing with a small group and was served with crusty bread and grilled vegetables for dipping. The chicken strips were crispy, panko-breaded ribbons that weren't overly greasy. It was also served with a tasty, smoky secret sauce on the side.
If Mad Men were updated for the new millennium, this is where they would be getting their after work boozing on.
