St. Patrick's Day is this Saturday -- yes, it's on a Saturday this year! Hooray!

Time to drink copious amounts of green beer and get completely shitfaced with a bunch of "Irish" strangers at some sort of big St. Patty's Day party, right? Right.

Okay, drinking tons of green beer isn't the only thing to do this Saturday (but if you're lookin' for a place to drink it, check out Jackalope Ranch's list here). We found a little something for everyone. Here are our top six things to eat, drink, and bake for a totally shamrockin' St. Patty's Saturday.

Eat This-- Irish Breakfast at Fibber Magee's -- Chandler's Favorite Irish Restaurant serves up one of the best Irish breakfasts in town, and they will be opening their doors at 8 a.m. this Saturday so you can start the biggest drinking holiday of the year with a full belly. Chow down on a giant plates of eggs, meat, potatoes, and traditional black pudding -- skip the coffee; it wouldn't be a real Irish breakfast without a pint of Guinness. Get there before noon to avoid a cover.

Eat This -- Irish Stew at Dubliner's Irish Pub Party -- The Valley's Oldest Irish pub will be hosting a pretty sweet party (they claim it's the "best") complete with Irish step dancing, bagpipers, and traditional Irish eats, including their popular Irish stew with slow cooked chunks of tender beef, potatoes and carrots all in a rich sauce. Sounds delicious! The party is free if you get there before 3 p.m. and $10 per person if you arrive after 3 p.m.

Drink This -- $4 Irish Car Bombs at Kitchen 56 -- St. Patty's Day wouldn't be the same without knockin' back a couple of these awesome shots. Avoid Irish pub prices and hit one of our favorite Arcadia patios for this sweet concoction of Guinness, Bailey's Irish Cream, and Jameson whiskey for just $4 bucks. They will also have $3 deals on Murphy's Irish Stout, Tullamore Dew Whiskey, and Ryan's Irish Whiskey shots.

Drink This -- One or Three Casey's Coffees from Casey Moore's -- If you absolutely can't make time for a full Irish breakfast than you might as well drink your morning meal. A warm glass of coffee mixed with Bailey's Irish Cream and a good splash of Jameson should get your Irish eyes (even if it's just for the day) awake and ready for a full day of drinking. And don't skimp on the whipped cream -- you're going to need that extra sugar boost to get you through the day.

Bake This -- Lucky Charms Cupcakes from The Cupcake Project -- First she gave us the Corned Beef Cupcake. Then the Bailey's Brownie. This year, Stef from The Cupcake Project went the extra mile and made homemade Lucky Charms -- and then she put them into and on top of a pretty sweet cupcake. Check out her site for a peek at all of her crazy St. Patty's Day treats.
