Breakfast for a Good Cause
Breakfast is on the house next week! Grab a couple extra cans of food at the store tonight (or clean out your pantry) and bring them down to Over Easy next Wednesday, April 20th to score your free eggs & bacon. The good folks at Over Easy and Hickman's Farms have once again teamed up to help feed hungry tummies across the Valley. Donate a minimum of  five non-perishable food items to either Over Easy location and they will thank you with a hot meal which includes Hickman's eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and a drink for free!  There is no limit to the amount of free meals per table and as an added bonus, each person who donates will also receive a coupon good for a dozen free eggs. Beer Can Chicken Tacos
Beer and tacos tend to compliment each other so perfectly one wonders how one may be able to survive without the other. So it makes perfect sense to combine the two together into one delicious treat, right?. Of course. Although in the case of beer can chicken you don't actually mix the beer into the chicken; you let the beer steam it's way in there. If you have never seen this done before we suggest you watch this informative video. Once you have mastered the art of Beer Can Chicken, we then suggest you check out Eli Shayotovich recipe for Beer Can Chicken Tacos. Don't let the lengthy ingredient list fool you; it may be a lot of chopping, but the end result is heavenly.
