The renovations are finally finished, and the new spot just opened its doors, serving gourmet tacos and libations like sangria, mojitos, and specialty cocktails.
Ward says his lunch business is already jam-packed, and he's streamlining the taco menu to the eight most popular selections.
As at Fuego Bistro, braised pork shoulder is the house specialty, and I don't doubt that it's melt-in-your-mouth good. There's also Baja chicken, carne asada, cola-braised short rib, and spicy vegetable. Chipotle cream corn and Cuban black beans are served with every order of tacos.
