Scarletta Bakes

Scarletta Bakes shared this unusual but intriguing recipe for Spicy Peanut Veggie Flautas and we are planning to make these stuffed with black beans, leeks and fennel. She's pretty confident that we'll like them, she photographed them with a "hello my name is" sign that says: "the best dang flauta you've ever eaten." We might have to give it a go just to check and make sure she's not blowin' smoke.

Hey metro Phoenix eaters, if you have a food blog or know of one we've missed, leave word in the comments section.
