Jeff Kraus is at it again.
The artistically minded chef of Crêpe Bar -- his breakfast and lunch spot in Tempe (opened July 2012) featuring seasonally inspired and thoughtful creations of crepes, baked goods, and small plates, as well as outstanding specialty coffees -- is planning on opening a new restaurant.
And he's staying in Tempe.
Like his previous efforts, such as the culinary concept ++Experience++ and the currently defunct Truckin' Good Food truck (named one of the nation's "Top 10 Most Influential Food Trucks" by the Huffington Post), fans can expect Kraus' newest venture to be nothing short of full-throttle when it comes to craft and inspiration.
Kraus' explanation of what the new restaurant will be, however -- at least for now -- remains deliciously cryptic.

Kraus describes his new restaurant concept as "coffee and things -- all the stuff I would have, wish I could eat, and want to experience when I go out."
Kraus says he, along with wife and partner Erin Ware, are currently going through listings with their broker and hope to have a space secured within the next couple of months.
