Kitchen Ink: Knives Out

​This week's Kitchen Ink comes courtesy of chef Bruce Griffin III, former executive chef of Central Grille, and former sous chef at Kai.

"I got this done almost 5 years ago when my son was born," says Griffin. "It's his name in Japanese (Santiago). It is a replica of the Mac knife I was using at the time. I wanted something that reminded me of why I work so hard at my craft....for his future."
