We don't want to rain on anyone's parade or anything, but Easter is like on Sunday. That's in about two days. If you're planning on getting your brunch on you had better book your table quick or else you will be stuck in a champagne-less kitchen attempting to make your own version of brunch which may consist of Frozen waffles and an almost black banana.
Because we always have your best eating interests in mind, here is a recap of both of our previous Easter Brunch Happenings listings and a couple new ones just in case the other 13 weren't good enough for you.
Scottsdale's ZuZu will be serving Easter Brunch from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Special menu items include flat iron steak and fries, a Crogue Madame, a lobster and crab sandwich and a Bloody Mary bar. Reservations are recommended 480-421-7997
The Wrigley Mansion will host Easter Brunch buffet style with three seating times, 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. the spread will feature various meat, seafood, breakfast stuffs and a ton of fresh fruit and desserts. $75 per person, $13.50 for children 13 and younger. 602-955-4079
Top of the Rock and the Market Cafe at The Buttes Resort in Tempe will be both be serving champagne brunch starting at 10 a.m. Top of the Rock's menu features Egg's Benedict with crab, peppercorn steak with exotic mushrooms, assorted sushi, meats & cheeses, crab legs, and more. $65 ++ per person, $30 for kids ages 5-12. 602-431-2370 The Market's menu features more traditional items such as house baked muffins, eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, salads, meatloaf, and a southwest shepherds pie. $50++ per person, $30 for kids. 480-431-2367
Roka Akor Sushi & Steakhouse. Easter brunch specials including crab cake Benedict, a pork belly, shishito, and negi omelet and sesame grilled cakes with scrambled eggs and avocado will be served from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Prices vary and the restaurant will be serving their full dinner menu as well. 480-306-8800
Phoenix City Grille on 16th street and Madison serves its southwest meets comfort food brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Easter Sunday is no exception. Menu items include griddle corn cakes with jack cheese and chicken , bacon or ham, four different eggs Benedict, and braised beef short ribs. Call 602-266-3011 for reservations. Ko'Sin at The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa will be serving a traditional Easter Champagne Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m..The afternoon buffet includes a number of salads, exotic fruit, imported cheeses, and desserts plus roasted turkey, New York strip steaks, an iced raw bar, breakfast selections and more. Brunch includes complimentary champagne and a special visit from the Easter bunny. $65 ++ per person, $32 from children ages 5-12. Reservations are required. 602-385-5726
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort will also be hosting a traditional Easter Brunch buffet at their Garden Court Restaurant complete with omelet, waffle and carving stations along with fresh baked goods, desserts and sides. Reservations required $40++ per person. 480-951-5170
The Farm at South Mountain is hosting Easter brunch under the pecan trees The menu features an array of freshly baked pastries, cookies, candy, salads, breakfast favorites such as French toast and scrambled eggs, plus grilled chicken with wild rice and roasted potatoes. Join Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny for an artisan spread of brunch delights at the Phoenician Resort's Annual Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Held in the Grand Ballroom, the buffet features leg of lamb, prime rib, pastas, sandwiches, seafood, breakfast selections, and plenty of baked goods and sweet treats. The McCormick Ranch Golf Club will be holding its 6th Annual Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The gourmet Champagne Brunch Buffet will be available to the public for $37.95 per person.
