Monti's La Casa Vieja's Culinary Masters series continues tonight as chef Beau MacMillian creates a special menu for the 55 year old Tempe restaurant. The menu will start with your choice of  Casino Style clams, fire roasted Island Creek oysters or a hearts of romaine salad then choose honey glazed double cut pork chops or a bacon wrapped filet for your main course.
