Wake Up Call

National Beer Day and PB&J Goodness in Today's Eater's Digest

Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Happy Beer Day
On this date in 1933 beer was once again made legal in the United States. Legal for brewing, legal for selling and legal for drinking. The brews had to be less then 3.2% ABV; but it was a good start. Celebrate National Beer Day by making a pit stop to your favorite bar or treat yourself to a nice six-pack. Swing by Taste of Tops and sample 4 of the 24 craft beers they have on tap for just $8 or hit up Papago Brewing Co. for a basket of beer bites and a pint of their signature Coconut Joe Milk Stout. Yum!

PB & J Bars
In light of yesterday's disgusting interesting take on the classic peanut butter & jelly we all love so much, we thought we would give you a prettier more appetizing picture to look at. These PB & J Bars are just as good as look , maybe better. Even if these treats aren't your thing, check out Amanda's blog anyway. Her food photos are mouthwatering.
