Award-winning pastry chef Christine D'Angeli has worked for The Ritz-Carlton, as well as for acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (at Hotel Icon in Houston, Texas), and she's even starred in two episodes of Food Network Challenge.
Now, she's set up her pastry-making HQ -- Slice Cake Designs -- right smack in the middle of CenPho, in the 7th Street space that used to house Toast Breakfast Boutique.
D'Angeli makes exquisite wedding cakes, party cakes, lolli-cakes, cupcakes, and cookies in flavors like red velvet, pumpkin, and cinnamon-apple.
