West-Side Beer Festival
Can't stand the though of another Oktoberfest but still looking for something to do this weekend? Well Beer Drinkers, we dug up a little hidden gem of a Beer Festival going on this Saturday at Peoria Sports Complex.  Enjoy beer samples from several different breweries including SanTan, SunUp, Deschutes, Ska, and many more of your favorite locals and national brews under the stars from 6 - 10 p.m. There will be food tastings from Valley restaurants along with live music and entertainment. Tickets are $75 and are limited. Click here to purchase yours.

Groovy Ghostie
We are all about all the cute Halloween baked goods this year! If only we had time to make them all. (A blogger can dream, right?) If we did have time, these Ghostie Cupcakes would be on the top of our list. Devils food cake cupcakes with whipped white chocolate frosting sounds excellent and look amazing. We are really impressed with the baker's use of Torani Syrup to flavor the frosting. Genius!
