Photos From Last Night's FnB Fundraiser for Natalie Morris

Thank heaven for food spies.

Slow Foodie-about-town Valerie Paxton was at FnB last night for a special fundraising dinner for local Slow Food advocate Natalie Morris, who's about to head to Italy to get her master's in food culture and communications at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Paxton took lots of great shots of the dinner, which she's graciously shared with Chow Bella readers. (Thanks, Val!)

uail, escarole, and lentil vinaigrette.

Sink your teeth into this: slow-cooked shortribs with spigarello, fingerling potatoes, and mustard crumbs.

ocoa date cake with chocolate sauce and candied pomegranate.

Happy revelers at the counter. Notice how they cleaned their plates?

More folks enjoying the evening.
