Fans of both Josh Hebert, owner and chef of Posh, the restaurant of improvisational cuisine tucked into the Optima Camelview condos in Scottsdale, and sake, Japan's favorite libation, can enjoy them both at an upcoming dinner.

On Tuesday, February 7, Hebert will host a Japanese sake dinner at Posh. The seven-course modern Japanese meal will include dishes like sweet potato chawanmushi with enoki mushrooms, marinated mackerel sashimi, and adzuki bean mochi. Each course will be paired with a different sake variety.

The cost is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Price includes sake pairing. Seating times are available from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Reservations are required. To make them, call 480-663-7674 or go here.
