Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Mmmm Pie
It's no secret that all of us here at Chow Bella are quite fond of pie. In fact we can't get enough of it. And since we know you think exactly like we do, you will be happy to hear that farmers market pie darlings Saffron Kitchen will be pimping their goodies live from their kitchen on Fox 10 tomorrow around 9:45 a.m. Afterward, they will be baking up a pie storm  then delivering fresh pies to their beloved Scottsdale fans. You heard right, if you live between the 101 & 202 borders, Saffron Kitchen will bring you a pie or two with zero delivery charge from 5 - 7 p.m. Email Andrea at [email protected] for a menu.

If you are outside of their delivery area, you can always catch them out at the farmers markets. Fridays in Carefree, Saturdays in Old Town Scottsdale and Gilbert, and Sundays in Ahwatukee. Click here for more details.

Shamrock Quiche
You're totally right, quiche is the last thing that anyone would think of to make for St. Patrick's Day. But it's green and you have to admit, it's creative. Diamonds for Dessert's Lucky Spinach Quiche is cute and compact. Save precious day drinking time and skip making your own crust. The store bought kind works just as well.
