The book has more than 200 recipes from around the country and around the world -- everything from Budin de Elote (Mexican-style corn spoonbread) to Patsy Bruce's Tennessee Cornbread to CopperWynd Chocolate Bread Pudding (a recipe from the Scottsdale resort, made with chipotle cornbread).
