Gourmet Southwestern cuisine will be served on Christmas Eve starting at 4:30 p.m. The à la carte menu will be available in addition to the regular menu. The featured holiday entrée is all-natural Iowa Berkshire pork tenderloin stuffed with organic baby spinach, boursin, and wild mushrooms and served with sides of Christmas pear stuffing, roasted butternut squash puree, and Brussels sprouts with applewood smoked bacon for $27.
