- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 tbsp cajun spice
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp salt
- Spread the spices on the pork
- Rub it in
- Smack it on the ass
- Put it on the grill (Phipps puts them them in his outdoor smokehouse for 3 hours)
