62: The Chicago Brizza from Scramble
What's a "brizza?" Think part breakfast, part pizza, and perfect for when you can't decide between either one. Available at Scramble, the contemporary breakfast joint in North Phoenix, choose from four styles of brizzas, each starting with hand-tossed dough, hollandaise sauce and scrambled eggs.
Our favorite? The Chicago -- with hot sauce.
What makes The Chicago style brizza so good? For starters, the sausage is from Schreiner's Fine Sausage -- and Scramble doesn't scrimp on the amount. Then, there's the chunks of roasted red potatoes, gooey Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, scrambled eggs, and hollandaise sauce.
Pile those ingredients on a light, not-greasy, crispy pizza crust with a hearty dousing of hot sauce, and you've got an instant breakfast treat (or hangover helper) to share with friends, or, if you're hungry enough, all for yourself.
