Check out the post that discusses how this choose your own adventure style chart came to be over at Eating Rules is written by Andrew Wilder who through a series of health challenges found that eating whole foods and getting some exercise in (he likes yoga and running) that he was able to drop some pounds and reverse his recurring acne. High five, Andrew Wilder!
