Are you guys ready to end the week? I sure am, especially since it's a three day weekend which means I might be able to slip a beer or three in on Friday and be able to fully recover by Tuesday morning.

1. Eat Lobster Grilled Cheese
Aside from partaking in a few a cocktails of the craft beer variety, I am super excited to track down a lobster grilled cheese sandwich from San Diego's Devilicious at Saturday's Street Eats Food Truck Festival, taking place at the Valley's newest Spring Training facility, Salt River Fields. Three of the trucks from the second season of Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race  will be there along with around 25 local Phoenix trucks. If you don't see me at  the Devilicious truck, find me at the Cafe Con Leche truck from Los Angeles, digging into a crazy Cuban chicken sandwich. (click here for more details)

Don't worry, there's more after the jump....

2. Drink French wine.

The Classic Cooking Culinary School in North Scottsdale will be hosting a French Food and Wine Pairing tomorrow night at 6. Not only is it affordable ($30 per person) the menu sounds pretty tasty and you'll learn a bit about French wines. Wanna go? Check out the menu and save your seat here

3. Make Unicorn Poop cookies
Unicorns exist and this is proof. What you are looking at above is a pile of unicorn poop straight from the horned equine's, um well you know where it came from. See those sparkles? That means it's authentic. Okay, that's a lie. It's actually a multi-colored sparkle cookie straight from Mary Sue's kitchen that she has lovingly dubbed "Unicorn Poop" and if you're planning on staying in this weekend you should make a batch. And then you should send me photos because I would love to see your version of "Unicorn Poop."

I'll show you mine if you show me yours.
