If you've ever had a truly incredible meal cooked by a talented chef, then you've probably realized that good food really is as impressive as good art. Well, this spring the folks behind the Devoured Culinary Classic are organizing an event that will bring visual and culinary art together for an evening of food, wine, and art.
The Palette to Palate event will be one of the several events featured as part of the expanded Devoured Culinary Classic week. The evening will pair four top local chefs with four local artists who will each interpret each others works for a show that brings together both artists' views.
Here are the pairings for this year's Palette to Palate event:
Chef: Gio Osso, Virtu Honest Craft Artist: Taylor Jensen
Chef: Judson Branch, Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel Artist: Jesse Perry
Palette to Palate will be held on Thursday, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Phoenix. Tickets cost $40 per person and are available online.
General admission tickets for both days of the Devoured Phoenix Culinary Classic on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8. A limited number of VIP tickets are still available for both days and cost $150 per day.
