This Thursday Taggia at the Firesky resort will welcome Benzinger Winery to the Valley for a wine dinner created by Executive Chef Massimo De Francesca. The menu includes three courses plus hors d'oeuvres and dessert, including dishes such as black tea smoked quail breast, braised pork cheeks and dark chocolate-amarena cherry bread pudding. Chris Benziger of the family winery will be at the event to talk about the Sonoma County wines, which will be paired which each of the dinner courses.
