Last week we met Trent Robertson, longtime bartender at the Vine Tavern, a Tempe institution. Today he shares with us the recipe for Blue Magic.
"A couple years ago, a lot of people were asking for easy, tasty drinks, so I came up with this," Robertson says. "It tastes kind of like a grape popsicle. I've never heard a bad word about it from anyone I've given it to."

The ingredients:
1.5 oz. Grape vodka
½ oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Sprite
How to make it:
Mix all three ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a large shot glass. Simple and effective!
