Tonight, join BLT Steak in Paradise Valley as they welcome Justin Winery owner Justin Baldwin for the second half of their 2010 wine dinners. Chef Marc Hennessy will be preparing a 5-course meal which is apparently being kept secret. The meal will be paired with wines from the California winery. Seating is limited and reservations are required. $85++per person. Call 480-905-7979 for reservations.


Jimmy's Wine & Food Pairing
For something a little more wallet-friendly, Jimmy's of Chicago in Gilbert will also be hosting a wine dinner tonight. Enjoy Italian favorites starting with mussels in white wine sauce, followed by ceasar salad, cheese ravioli, a spicy rib eye and finished off with a chocolate chip cannoli. All five courses will be pair with wines selected by sommelier Mark Pope. $40++ per person. Space is limited. Reservations can be made by calling 480-963-6363
