Valentine's Day is right around the corner. No, seriously it's six days from right now. You have made dinner reservations, right?

NO?! Well you better get to it. Good thing we know of a whole mess of restaurants that are celebrating the big V-Day.

And guys -- if the lady in your life said something along the lines of "I don't care about Valentine's Day. It's just a dumb commercial holiday. You don't need to do anything" -- it's a trick. Man up and take your lady out for a nice meal!

There's a lot of info to fit into one post -- so we'll try and make it quick and as painless as possible. Click on the name of the restaurant for the address and phone number.

iPic Theaters' Dinner and A Movie -- The Scottsdale eat-in theater is cooking up a special menu featuring filet mignon, ginger sake shrimp, portobello risotto, and red velvet bread pudding. Prices vary. Reserved seat available.

Arizona Biltmore's Afternoon Tea -- The ladies will love this event! An extensive list of teas will be accompanied by a menu of themed desserts and savory eats Thursdays thru Sundays from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. $36 - $46 ++ per person.

Valentine's Day Dinner Roundup 2012

Binkley's Valentines Dinner -- "A Six Course Culinary Journey" Chilled lobster salad, black truffle celeriac soup, slow cooked filet mignon, warm brie en croute, freezing strawberries and more. $130 ++ per person. Reservations suggested.

Roy's Couples Menu" -- Served February 10th through the 14th. Pan-seared crab cakes and lobster pot stickers, petite filet mignon and half lobster with potatoes, and a hot chocolate souffle for dessert. $89 ++ for two people.

P.F. Chang's Prix-Fixe
-- Four-course meal for two $39.95 ++. Two soups, 1 appetizer, two entrees, two tiny desserts or pay a little extra and grab one big dessert to share.

Frank & Albert's  -- Three-course romantic dinner for two $45 ++ per person. $25 extra per person for wine pairing

Wright's at the Biltmore -- Four-course prix-fixe $95 ++ per person, $45 for wine pairings.

Taggia -- Four-course dinner featuring a baby beet salad, ahi tuna crudo, rigatoni, wild mushroom ravioli, Slow-roasted lamb shank, pan-seared scallops, espresso creme brulee, and more. $55 ++ per person.

Los Sombreros -- $60 dinner for two. Each person can choose from a corn cake souffle with mole sauce or a shrimp tostada salad to start, then pick one of six entrees including the rib eye en mole michoacano and finish things off with a dessert to share.

The Latilla restaurant at the Boulders Resort
-- special three course menu by Chef Stephen Jones. $65 ++ per person

SASSI -- special four course Italian menu by Executive Chef Christopher Nicosia and a rose for all of the ladies. $149 ++ per couple.

Top of the Rock Restaurant at the Buttes Resort -- celebrates Valentine's Day February 11th-17th with a specialty four course menu with an amuse bouche for two by Executive Chef Gregory Wiener $100 ++ per couple

Cask 63 -- three course ALL CHOCOLATE menu paired with chocolate cocktails. Yum! $65 ++ per person

Litchfield's at the Wigwam -- Four courses with choice of Lake Superior white fish, lamb shank, or prime cedar ridge beef. $48 ++ per person

-- Special three-course menu featuring lobster bisque, herb-roasted beef tenderloin, diver scallops, and chocolate covered strawberries for two. A la carte menu available and drink specials will be flowing all night. Prices vary. Reservations recommended.

Sheraton Crescent -- Three-course dinner at the Indigo Bistro featuring the Indigo Surf & Turf with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. $35 ++ per person.

Elements at Sanctuary -- Gourmet four-course dinner with a view. Choose from a variety of starters, salads, entrees, and desserts (we're going for the coconut cheesecake). $95 ++ per person. 

Carefree Station -- Regular menu will be served along with three dinner specials -- Supreme Oscar with chicken breast and heart shaped ravioli, Surf 'n' Turf, and the 'If You Love Me" lobster with lobster mash and asparagus. Prices vary. 

District American Kitchen & Wine Bar -- Valentine's Day Sweetheart three-course dinner. Sticky pork cheeks, scallops and sweet corn, or truffled ricotta stuffed rigatoni to start. Bacon wrapped prime tenderloin filet or lobster three ways with lobster pillows, vanilla butter poached lobster, and lobster tomato olive salad, or crispy hearts of palm with Bearnaise sauce, and a trio of chocolate and strawberries for dessert. Available February 11 - 14. Regular menu served as well. $49 ++ per person. 

El Chorro -- Romantic menu featuring Roasted Valentine Pepper Bisque, Sweet(heart) Potato Gratin, Chilean Sea Bass with Wild-for-you Mushroom Ravioli and more. $98 ++ per couple. Sticky buns included!
