Singh will enlighten you with a little yogic philosophy on diet while teaching knife skills, blanching basics and the art of sauteing vegetables. Roasted Tomato Salsa & Chips, Cold Beet & Carrot Salad with Caramelized Onions, and Coconut Curry Stir Fry with Pressed Tofu are on tonight's menu. Twenty dollars per person includes food.
