There's no evidence that it's illegal in nine countries or that "60 percent of the time, it works every time," but one thing's certain: San Tan Brewing Company's Sex Panther is on the loose starting Monday, January 7.

Made with Colonial Rosewood Cocoa and a large dose of chocolate malt, fans of craft beer with a love of all things Anchorman will no doubt want to get their paws on the double chocolate porter from this Downtown Chandler brewpub, the first in Arizona to launch a seasonal canned beer series starting with the introduction of Rail Slide Imperial Spiced Ale last November.

Here are the Panther's particulars:

A press release from San Tan describes the Sex Panther this way:

"With hints of truffles and molasses, summit hops are added to balance the sweetness. Then, white wheat is added to give Sex Panther a smooth, creamy head that lasts all night long. Sex Panther has a 6.9% ABV and a silky dark chocolate shine. This brew pairs perfectly with smoked meats and sweet treats."

Starting Friday, January 7, through March, Sex Panther will be available in 12-ounce cans as well as on tap throughout Arizona.

Oh, and if you'd like your very own Sex Panther T-shirt, they're available at the brewpub.
