A Bahn Mi craving jumped up and smacked us in the face the other day around lunch time and we were nowhere near Lee's sandwiches. Good thing the downtown area recently acquired a Vietnamese eatery where your Pho and Bahn Mi cravings can be momentary satisfied. Our Bah Mi Dac Biet was sadly lacking jalapenos and the bread was a little on the tough side, but the side of flavorful soup fixed that problem and we happily rolled our too-full bellies out the door. Can you guess where we're eating?

Last week we ate amazing roast beef sandwich from Grand Ave. bistro, the Paisley Violin in Phoenix. Only one brave sole took a crack at this one, but she guessed right. Congrats to Sherri in Glendale. Have fun at the Renaissance Festival!
