A Visual Tour of HGTV's Scottsdale Smart Home

A Visual Tour of HGTV's Scottsdale Smart Home

Ron Feinbaum, HGTV’s general manager of home promotions, says, "We look for neighborhoods and cities with a sophisticated combination of tech and culture that makes it a desirable place to live." With that in mind, they picked Scottsdale for their 2017 Smart Home, a 3,300-square-foot Southwestern-style crib loaded with the latest tech gadgets, which will be given away as the grand prize in the HGTV Smart Home Giveaway 2017 sweepstakes. A local architecture firm — Candelaria Design Associates — and an area builder —  Eagle Luxury Properties — collaborated with HGTV host and interior designer Tiffany Brooks on the project. The sweepstakes ends 5 p.m. Eastern (that's like 2 in the afternoon here), on Friday, June 2, so there's still time to enter twice daily at HGTV.com. Photos courtesy of HGTV.
