Stratta's new menu will showcase Spanish-inspired dishes.
At this point, chef Alex Stratta basically has more titles than Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones. But in all seriousness, Stratta has been Iron Chef, a Top Chef, and one of Food & Wine's "America's Ten Best New Chefs." He won the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, and was awarded two Michelin stars for his namesake Las Vegas restaurant, Alex.

And now he's bring all of those accolades and the accompanying talent to Prado at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley. Statta gave us a preview of his new menu, which has yet to be finalized but will feature Spanish-inspired cuisine.
