Angry APS Customers Protest Against Proposed Utility Changes

Protesters carried creative signs and criticized APS' new plan, calling it nothing more than a scheme to make money off the backs of average people.
While representatives from APS and other utility companies attended a conference about switching residential households to a bill structure based on peak demand, about 50 angry protesters gathered outside to denounce APS' recent appeal to the Arizona Corporation Commission to do just that.
