More than 50,000 members of the maroon and gold faithful were out in force at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe on Saturday, November 22, to root the Arizona State University football team on to victory over the Washington State University Cougars, 52-31 in a come-from-behind win. As they're wont to do, many ASU fans gathered in the stadium's parking lot for some barbecuing tailgating, and other pre-gaming activities and traditions. (Heck, one couple even got married prior to kickoff before heading inside to their seats.)
ASU is now 7-2 on the season and will move on to face dreaded rivals University of Arizona for the Territorial Cup and a shot at the Pac-12 championship during Thanksgiving weekend.
