Daggers' Death Race 2011

Each Halloween, local BMX collective, The Daggers, hosts a bicycle-mounted scavenger hunt through some Tempe's more seedy areas. At each stop, each rider must perform some task, whether that be collecting an item, chugging a beer, or accomplishing a feat of skill. The ride is full of traps, vague misdirection, and awesome. Sabotage is encouraged. $10 got you race and party entry, as well as a beer coozy (Score!). This year topped years past, the organizers really went all out; from the elaborate stops, to the bangin' after-party. Few made it out unscathed. None finished without a smile.
