Unless you live in the East Valley, you'll have to make quite a drive to get to Earnest Restaurant in Chandler. The good news is, the effort will be worth your while. Formerly known as Cork Restaurant, Earnest offers American cuisine that's both unpretentious and impeccably well-prepared. Chef Sean Williamson crafts dishes such as a daily foie gras special; a mammoth double-cut, bone-in ham pork chop; and a Wednesday-only special of fried chicken that's clad in a crispy crust and served with a different pair of sides each week.
