Final Rule of Thirds at ThirdSpace

Final Rule of Thirds at ThirdSpace
Saturday evening brought an end to Rule of Thirds, an event featuring visual art, local musicians, and DJs at ThirdSpace. The events, thrown every three months, were a hit with their punk-rock musical focus. With Roosevelt Row slowly disappearing, having events in the Grand Avenue Arts District was welcomed by the community. Hosts James B. Hunt and Rhondi Reardon are both artists and promoters. Hunt curated the art, and Reardon recruited the bands. The entertainment for "Rule of Thirds: Final Show" was Lenguas largas, No Volcano, Snake! Snake! Snakes!, and the Halahs. Artists included Sierra Joy and NXOEED, among others. With this being the last Rule of Thirds show, we look forward to future projects Hunt and Reardon have in the works. Photos by Mello.
