A Phoenix classic since 2007, Durb Morrison's three-day Hell City Tattoo Festival has it all: performers, live painting, contests, vendors, and of course, the best tattoo artists from around the world. After taking a break last year, Hell City is back at the Arizona Biltmore with burlesque goddesses LouLou D'vil and Cervena Fox. With its signature evening pool party, the Hell City Tattoo Festival makes for one bad-ass vacation.
