The James Beard Foundation set up camp at Royal Palms Resort and Spa on Friday, Sept. 25, 2015, featuring an ensemble cast of chefs including Michel Nischan, Chris Bianco, RoxSand Scocos McCreary, Todd Allison, Kevin Binkley, Matt Carter, Rochelle Danielle, Mel Mecinas and Mark Tarbell. The swanky soiree featured delicious dishes from all of these chefs, stylish guests, a charity auction and possibly even some good conversation.
