The annual celebration of Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras means partaking in plenty of sinful delights and Valley residents were more than happy to oblige. Downtown Tempe was an epicenter of alcoholic excess on Tuesday, February 21, as college kids, twentysomethings, and other revelers drank and danced at a ginormous patio party at both Fat Tuesday (natch) and Canteen, as well as at Zuma Grill and Mill Cue Club.
