Ever since the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum partnered up with Los Angeles' ThinkSpace Gallery their art shows have been the best in the valley. They've topped all of that with their newest art exhibitions, which include “Slang Aesthetics!" by Robert Williams, the creator of
Juxtapoz Magazine and the father of lowbrow art. The man himself was present to sign copies of his book, which was provided by Lulubell Toy Bodega, who had plenty of designer toys to enjoy. Mesa threw a grand festival called The Good, The Bad, and The Weird to kickoff the season with food trucks, entertainment, art class demos, and even a performance by the Mexican Elvis, El Vez!
