More than 30 food trucks packed Salt River Fields during the New Times' Street Eats Food Truck Festival on Saturday February 11, with a variety of cuisines represented — Cajun, barbecue, Mexican, Asian, and Italian, to name a few.  The event also featured several cooking demos, eating contests, and live music.
