Andrew King and Andy Johnson's Tempe loft is just plain cool. The space, built in 2003, is a mere 1,050 square feet, but every inch tells a story. The home features a wall of windows with a view of the south Tempe skyline and multiple cozy nooks filled with original and cultivated art. King and Johnson say they love being able to walk out the front door and into a bustling urban center.
