With a long holiday weekend at their disposal, students from Arizona State University and other local institutions of higher learning ditched their textbooks and took a well-deserved respite from classes over the Thanksgiving weekend and headed to the bars along Mill Avenue to celebrate. The college-aged crowd was out in force as well starting on Wednesday, November 26, partying over the course of five nights at such spots as Gringo Star Street Bar, El Hefe, Fat Tuesday, World of Beer, and Yucca Tap Room, the later of which hosted The Blunt Club's annual "Bluntsgiving" soiree on T-Day night.
