Dozens of tattoo artists from throughout the U.S. were doing their thing at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa from Friday, November 1, to Sunday, November 3, during the Phoenix Tattoo Expo 2019. The three-day event featured more than 40 artists – including locals like Mark Melanson, Derek Scott, and Miranda Fisher –putting needles to skin and creating works of art. Here's a glimpse at some of the most badass pieces, both new and existing, we saw at the expo.
