The best people watching was at Jobot.
Third Friday on November 18, 2017 had no crowds and plenty of wine, making it something special for art lovers. There were gallery openings on Roosevelt Row and in the Warehouse District. Unofficial after-parties were held at the Coolin' Out boutique and good ol' Jobot for crepes.
