The Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival at the Phoenix Convention Center, 7/18/15

The Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival at the Phoenix Convention Center, 7/18/15

The Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival returned once again for the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild's latest installment of festival action for craft beer aficionados. Breweries from Arizona as well as all over the country took over the Phoenix Convention Center's South Building for a special festival that showcased some unique brews that may not be found elsewhere including limited edition real, wild and woody ales (you can find out what that means right here).

With over 50 breweries in one room, attendees roamed around, tasting concoctions from their old favorites as well as getting acquainted with some of the new brewers on the block.  Some breweries tapped extra special kegs of very limited edition brews that may their next, big flagship, or could never exist again once that keg is all tapped out. These scheduled tappings drew long lines of excited beer drinkers, ready to have something new, rare and exciting, directly from the men and women who pour their hearts and souls into the ancient craft of brewing beer.
